Description

The objective of this lecture is to reflect on the results of the research "Italiano Globale". Based on a reflection by Tullio De Mauro and promoted by the Istituto San Pio V, the main objective of the study is to investigate the state of Italian in the world. For this research we have chosen a qualitative approach, giving voice, through interviews, to those who work every day for the promotion of the language: from representatives of Italian institutions to teachers and other public and private cultural operators. We will specifically analyze the interview results concerning the strategies for the promotion of Italian and the relations with Italian institutions.
