Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies (UofT).  Lorenzo Bernini is professor of political philosophy at the University of Verona (Italy), author of internationally known texts such as Apocalissi Queer. Elementi di teoria antisociale / Queer Apocalypses. Elements of Antisocial Theory (2013, transl. 2017), Le teorie Queer. Un’introduzione / Queer Theories: An Introduction (2018, transl. 2020) and Il sessuale politico. Freud con Marx, Fanon, Foucault / The Sexual/Political: Freud with Marx, Fanon, and Foucault (2019, transl. 2023), as well as founder of the PoliTeSse Research Centre of Politics and Theories of Sexuality (University of Verona), which has a strong international reach particularly within the EU.
